How to Request a Refund
Email product support at contact@vertiaid-product.com and include Refund Request in the subject line. Include your name, email address, and order details so support can locate your purchase.
Return Requirements
Return all bottles, whether opened, unopened, empty, or partially used, along with the packing slip. Include a note with your full name, email address, and order ID if available.
